THE CAVS LOOKED LIKE THEY WERE SCARED TO DEATH LAST NIGHT.....HOW CAN U WIN A GAME BY 30 POINTS, THEN TURN AROUND AND GET BEAT BY 36 POINTS????      GAME 4 IS SUNDAY IN WASHINGTON......IM ALMOST AFRAID TO WATCH.....           ON A GOOD NOTE..THE INDIANS ARE PLAYING BETTER...   WILL FIND OUT OVER THE WEEKEND HOW BETTER THEY REALLY ARE...THE EVIL EMPIRE IS IN TOWN FOR A FOUR GAME SERIES...GO TRIBE!!!!!

A BUSY SATURDAY FOR ME.....DOIN THE STARK SPORTS LIVE THING AT 10AM..THEN OFF TO THE PRO FOOTBALL HALL OF FAME TO MC THEIR 2008 NFL DRAFT PARTY....I'LL BE THERE AROUND 1PM...COME ON OVER!!     MAYBE THE BROWNIES WILL ROLL THE DICE AGAIN THIS YEAR.....DID I MENTION THAT THERE WILL BE PLENTY OF BEER??       SEE YOU ALL THERE....

GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF   MY OLD CENTRAL CATHOLIC BASEBALL TEAMMATES TOMMOROW AT THE ANNUAL CRUSADER ALUMNI GAME....I HAVE ATTENDED TWO OUT OF THE LAST THREE YEARS, BUT DUE TO WORK COMMITMENTS, I WONT BE ABLE TO MAKE IT...WOW....WHAT A GREAT BUNCH OF FRIENDS AND TEAMMATES....THE STORIES I COULD TELL...BUT WONT!   HAVE FUN FELLAS AND KEEP COACH MILLER IN LINE.....AND FOR *&^%$# SAKE....DONT GET HURT!!      I EXPECT A FULL REPORT FROM SOMEONE  BY NEXT MONDAY....

IT'S MONDAY,  ALREADY....      HOPE YA'LL HAD A GREAT WEEKEND...     THE CAVS TOOK CARE OF THE WIZARDS (nice nickname) ON SATURDAY IN CLEVELAND..  GAME 2 IS TONIGHT AT THE "Q"     GO CAVS!!   I THINK ILL STEAL ONE OF THE STATION'S VANS AND DRIVE UP TONIGHT (gotta save gas!)   GLAD TO SEE BIG BEN WEARING THE BIG FRO!!

THE INDIANS CANT HIT THEIR WAY OUT OF A WET PAPER BAG...   THEY'VE SCORED 5 RUNS IN THE LAST THREE GAMES...  BOGGLES THE MIND SOMETIMES...   HERE'S HOPING THEY TURN IT AROUND...QUICK!!!!!

 I HOPE YOU GUYS ARE OUT PLAYING HOOKY TODAY!      WHAT A DAY.....SOOO IF YOU WOULD "CALL IN SICK" .....WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING TO DO??   GIMMIE A SHOUT AND LET ME KNOW..   ON A SUNNY DAY I'D BE AT THE POOL AS SOON AS THEY OPEN THE PLACE UP!   I MUST ADMIT, IN ALL MY YEARS OF WORKING..I'VE ONLY DONE IT TWICE....AND THAT WAS WHEN I WAS A PIZZA DELIVERY BOY AND THE OTHER TIME I WAS WORKING SECURITY AT "ONE OF THOSE CLUBS"...LOL   IM DEDICATED I TELL YA...ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT I LOVE WORKING IN RADIO..EXCEPT WHEN IT'S PAYDAY;-}  

THE INDIANS BULLPEN IS STARTING TO PISS ME OFF...JOE BOROWSKI IS A GREAT GUY...BUT AN 82MPH FASTBALL IS NOT GOING TO GET IT DONE IN THE BIG LEAGUES..LET BENTANCOURT BE THE CLOSER AND BE DONE WITH IT!..   OR YOU CAN ALWAYS GIVE JOSE MESA A CALL....HE'S NOT DOING ANYTHING RIGHT NOW...AAHHH, NEVERMIND...  

DID YOU SEE THE CLEVELAND BROWNS SCHEDULE FOR THIS SEASON?  WOW!   3 TIMES ON MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL!    GREAT FOR PEOPLE WHO DONT HAVE TO GET UP AT 4:30AM...LOL    I'LL ADJUST..   ITS A TOUGH SCHEDULE, I HOPE THAY ARE UP TO THE CHALLENGE...SEE YA AT THE STADIUM!!

I REALLY LIKE THE HIRING OF JASON HALL AS THE NEW HEAD FOOTBALL COACH AT MASSILLON...HE'S A PLAYERS COACH, BUT AT THE SAME TIME HE WILL DEMAND RESPECT FROM EVERYONE...THAT INCLUDES, THE PLAYERS, BOOSTERS, AND PARENTS..THAT IS A WELCOME COMBINATION NOWADAYS..GOOD TIMES AHEAD IN TIGERTOWN...NOW..PLEASE RENOVATE THAT PRESSBOX!!!!!!

Who had the best weekend out there??    Mine flew by as it always does....   had a blast at the canton legends remote on saturday morning in fron the of the civic center...what a class group to work with...thanks to everybody who showed up!    The game was a heartstopper...again...go getem next weekend!

I see gas wnet up to $3.35 earlier today...it was $3.19 when i went to bed last night...   i'm sure there is a logical explanation for this, there always is ...right?  you know...aunt bertha ripped one at the dinner table...uh oh...gas has to go up...     uncle fester threw his back out trying to pick up a box of ammo...oooh no...gas has to go up again....do you really believe the bullsh** they keep laying on us?    Do the filthy, greedy, lying, gouging oil people  (george and dick) really think we are that stupid?  They must...it takes a lot of stones to pull this highgway robbery off in broad daylight day after day.....

I feel a little better...    off to fill up my trailblazer!          The weather is supposed to take a nice turn beginning on wednesday....close to 70 degrees...what to do...what to do....warmer weather just invites trouble, doesnt it?    lol        have a great day....

Good news for all you indians fans out there!!!!!     the tribe has signed pitcher fausto carmona to a seven year contract extension.....BREAKING NEWS ON A BLOG...YOU CANT BEAT THAT!!

A big congrats to central baseball coach doug miller as he earned his 5ooth career win yesterday as the crusaders beat massillon 7-2.....way to go coach!     i did manage to drop a foul ball right behind home plate..judge elum got in my way!   lol....   it was a great day to sit outside and watch a game and enjoy the sun..    looking at the weekend's forcast...rain, wind, and snow on the way... vegas is looking really good right now....

Desparate housewives tonight at 8 with a two hour show...and a brand new episode on sunday night...is it ok to admit i watch that stuff??     just gotta break away from sports once in awhile.. 

Time to head out and enjoy some of this great weather...have a great day!

Hope yoos guys had a good weekend!        Welcome back....   well, the station held their little lunch getogether last friday...i know your all wondering about the prize that i won...drum roll please...    $10 in instant lottery tickets!!!     and i won a grand total of $2!      but i later turned that into $3!!     then into absolutely nothing....imagine that....       i'll getem next time..

Best of luck to my ole baseball coach, doug miller at central catholic high school...dooger is going for his 500th career win....the crusaders play at massillon today at 4:30pm...   get outta here rain!     ironically, massillon is coached by one of my former summer league teammates, teddy guscoff...."the goose is quite a character"      i think i will make an appearance in tigertown today and let you know what shakes out on the blog tommorow.

Just a remomder that the stark sports live crew (me, dave, and ben) will be doing our show live outside at the civic center this saturday from 10am-12noon.....its gonna be a blast!  I promise you!!!!   Come on by and see us.....lots of great things going on...lots of prizes...be there this saturday!!!    we'll be in the big tent on market avenue right in front of the civic center...   Go Legends!  Beat Augusta!

Welcome to the weekend everybody!     I'm looking forward to Sunday...64 degrees!!!     Thistledown, here I come!   oh..wait..gas will be $3.50 by then..nevermind.    greedy sob's..       The ncaa final four should be a lot of fun to watch..I'm still pickin north carolina to win it all...    congrats to the buckeyes for winning the NIT championship!!!!     better luck to the cavs and indians this weekend.

Was driving around the other day, i cant believe the number of check cashing places around town..they are everywhere...they must be making some serious loot!!...and ripping people off at the same time..what a racket!    

The radio station is having a team jersey/free lunch party today....they promised some pretty cool prizes for all who dressed up and attended....soooo, being the team player that i am, i put on the #16 cleveland browns jersey over and orange t-shirt and wore a browns ballcap..(pretty sweet huh?)   cant wait to see what some of my other co-workers are wearing..If i win a prize i'll let you know what it is!!  Maybe a bottle of captain      Still waiting on those movie suggestions from you guys...send em in!

Well, I thats it for now...i'm bored, so i think im gonna go kick fred's ass!!..

  Hey, just a quick thanks for checkin out my blog!    I try to keep it updated as much as possible......       congrats to kosta koufas and the rest of the buckeyes for making to the NIT championship game....get it done!!            great to have baseball back again...the tribe is lookin good..so far...its only been one game...(im an optomist) and a homer...

Does anyone out there have any movie recomendations for me??       I really want to see "21"....of course I love anything that has to do with gambling!!!    I'm taking any and all suggestions...e-mail me.    sam@whbc.com    I'll let you know how everything shakes out...

I'll be heading up to the cavs game on thursday....still a little odd to see larry hughes and drew gooden in chicago uniforms...the regular season is almost over...and then its playoff time!!
